The client is a leading provider of Containers & Packaging, Raw Materials/Specialty Chemicals, Spill Control Products and Filtration Solutions for both industry and consumer. The client came in contact with NavSoft to streamline their business operations and enhance customer experience.

  • There was a high number of cancelled orders in their store due to delay in order processing from the back-end.
  • There was no data synchronization between the client's ERP system & online Magento store which was causing poor customer experience.
